Owner, Marilyn K. Miller
Marilyn Miller began dancing at the age of 5, and went on to dance professionally with Ballet West in Salt Lake City, Utah, Eugene Ballet in Eugene, OR, and Santa Clara Ballet in CA. She was introduced to Pilates at the Center for Dance Medicine in San Francisco, CA, while rehabilitating from injuries incurred as a Soloist Dancer with the San Francisco Opera.
Amazed at how much Pilates helped her recovery, she decided to make this her post-dance career. After back injuries forced her to retire, Marilyn became a Stott Pilates Certified Instructor and an American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer. Marilyn brings a lifetime of experience to each lesson she teaches. She has done specialty trainings in numerous modalities, including:
