Post-Partum Healing

Most women in the US don't receive any post-partum guidance or care.  Few understand the implications of C-section on the body, or learn proper pelvic floor strengthening techniques, or what a diastasis recti is and why it's a major concern.  

Over the years I've seen countless women come into my studio with issues related to pregnancy, whether it was a few months prior or years.  Fortunately, I've spent a lot of time learning about this, and with my guidance, they are able to learn how to correct and strengthen their core muscles so that they feel strong and confident again.
