Over the years I've seen countless women come into my studio with issues related to pregnancy, whether it was a few months prior or years. Fortunately, I've spent a lot of time learning about this, and with my guidance, they are able to learn how to correct and strengthen their core muscles so that they feel strong and confident again.
I start with a full health history, then using the NKT protocol, determine what is going on that is causing the main issue, and pulling from a variety of sources, including NKT, pilates, my decades of dance trainging along with the Tuppler Technique I come up with a personalized plan to help you get started on your recovery.
