The Studio is open for private lessons Monday through Saturday as follows:
Monday 9:00 a.m.  - 7 p.m.
Tuesday 9:00  -  8:00
Wednesday 2:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday 9:00  - 8:00
Friday 9:00  - 6:00
Saturday 8:00 - 2:00

There are three levels of trainers - Junior, Senior, and Master.  Fees for all are listed below:

Note - it is strongly suggested that all clients with orthopedic post rehabilitation issues following release from physical therapy do ten private lessons with a Master Trainer before partnering up or taking the mat/chair classes.  I  recommended you do two lessons per week for the best benefits.

Class Schedule:  The following classes are currently held at the studio:

Tuesday - 6:15 p.m.  - Basic Stott Pilates Mat w/ props. 

This mat class incorporates the use of pilates props, such as the foam roller and
fitness circle, which give you a class that will tone your body all over.  Using Joseph Pilates' basic mat exercises as a starting point, each week Pilates on Hudson studio owner Marilyn Miller focuses on something new and different to bring you an awe inspiring class.  Recent classes have focued on shoulder girdle strengthening and scapular stability, back extensions for improved range of motion for clients with osteopena, and an exploration of the location and effect of the psoas (hip flexor) in action.

Saturday:  8:00 a.m. - Stott Pilates mat/Chair class;  - also Wednesday 5:00 p.m. (call to confirm)

Stott Pilates instructor Janice Livingston challenges you with this NEW class that incorporates the traditional matwork with work on the Stott Pilates Stability Chair.  Using spring tension for resistance, these exercises will improve your balance, strengthen your deep core muscles, and tone up your posterior all while having a great time.  Space is limited to three participants so call first to reserve your slot.
