Engage, Relax, Develop. Suzanne’s passion is personal development for herself and for her students. Her awakening began over 40 years ago on parallel paths – Pilates training from Kathy Grant in NYC and Sivananda Yoga. Over the years her training has included Reiki, Tai Chi, meditation and Iyengar Yoga. Her ongoing path is towards mind/body/spirit alignment by using a disciplined, practice-oriented system. For the past 12 years she has taught yoga as a means of guiding students in their self-development. Her classes are a pleasurable mix of asanas, relaxation, breathwork and visualization. Drawing from her diverse background Suzanne works with yoga students at all levels.
Recovering from major surgery and follow-up treatments she finds her life journey a testament to the fact that by consistently toning and relaxing the body, and stilling the mind, you begin to glimpse the inner peace which is your true nature, your strength.
