Directions:  From Garrison/Cold Spring and points north:  - take Route 9 south to Annesville Circle.  Turn right, continuing on Rte. 9 South, through the construction.  Take the Louisa Street exit.  Go straight through the light at South St.  Turn left at the next intersection - John Walsh Blvd.  Continue for 1/4 mile.  I am located in the Atrium at Rae Park, on the left, across from the Bertolini Budweiser Distributor. 

From Bear Mtn Bridge and points west:  take 9D (the goat trail) to the Annesville Circle.  Turn right onto Rte. 9 South, through the construction.  Take the Louisa Street exit.  Go straight through the light at South St.  Turn left at the next intersection - John Walsh Blvd.  Continue for 1/4 mile.  I am located in the Atrium at Rae Park, on the left, across from the Bertolini Budweiser Distributor.

From Croton/Ossining and points south:  Take Rte. 9 North to the Luisa St. exit.  Turn left, go straight at the intersection of South Street.  Turn left at John Walsh Blvd.  Continue for 1/4 mile.  I am located in the Atrium at Rae Park, on the left, across from the Bertolini Budweiser Distributor.

From Yorktown/Katonah and points east: Take either Rte. 35/202 or Rte 6 to the Bear Mtn. Parkway extension.  Go West on the BMP.  At Annesville Circle, continue straight, follow Rte. 9 South to the Louisa Street exit.  Go straight through the light at South St.  Turn left at John Walsh Blvd., and continue straight 1/4 mile.  I am located in the Atrium at Rae Park, on the left, across from the Bertonlini Budweiser Distributor.
