Pilates on Hudson, Inc. is fully compliant with all the requirements enacted by New York State for COVID-19 prevention and to reduce the risk of transmission. 

You are the only clients in the studio each hour. There are no other trainers or clients other than you and/or your partner(s). 

The Studio equipment is fully cleaned after each client's use. 

We have three high grade HEPA filtration units with UVC lights in the studio for cleaning and sanitizing the air in between sessions. 

Masks are optional for all clients as of 2025.
